Prodigy or parody?

A friend sent me the following story, about a 5-year-old Romanian boy who is already making a name for himself on the Internet and in the world of bodybuilding. It's so bizarre that I'm at a loss for words, for once. If you'd prefer to skip the story and cut right to the video, here it is:

I wish Giuliano only the best. Something tells me he'll need all the help he can get.

  1. Hi Kathy - After our conversation about this 5 year old I had to see it again. I know it's weird & his father is really a force but three additional thoughts...(1) amazing balance (2) OMG core strength & (3) - he's utilizing everything in the house - rather his father is coaching him with the items in the house...chairs, tables, wall. We all don't have to pay a fortune to go to the gym...the "gym" is right in our house! Althought I'm sure my dining room table wouldn't support my flipping off of it :-)

  2. Lori, you're absolutely right that we don't need to go to a gym to get in shape. The "gym" is anywhere we want it to be. And I certainly didn't intend for this post to in any way detract from this boy's athleticism. He is amazing and no doubt a natural athlete. It's just a little disturbing for a 5-year-old. And please, stay off your dining room table. The bowling "dynasty" needs you! :-)
